I never thought I would be someone talking about mental health, let alone hypnotherapy. I grew up in Seattle, always certain of what I wanted in life, until an accident at 19 stopped everything. What came after wasn’t just recovery. It was depression, disorientation, and a version of myself I didn’t recognise.
I did not believe in hypnotherapy myself, honestly! But somewhere in those early sessions, something shifted. For the first time, I wasn’t just talking about my thoughts; it was helping me unwind and uncover the deeper patterns and beliefs. I started feeling like myself again. Not a recovered version, just me.
That experience is why I am doing this work. I’m not here as someone who studied it from a distance. I’m here as someone whose life it genuinely changed. If you have also been carrying something you can’t quite name, or tried everything and still feel stuck, I understand that feeling more than you know. Hypnotherapy gave me a way through. I’d love to help you find yours.
